Our much-loved Big Steps Halloween Party is back and this year, it’s bigger, brighter, and spookier than ever!
Join us on October 31st, from 5 PM to 7 PM at the East Otago Events Centre, as we bring our community together for an evening of costumes, creativity, and connection all in support of a great cause.
This annual event raises funds to help us install new Shade Sails for our playground, keeping our tamariki Sun Safe while they play, learn, and explore.
We’re inviting local businesses to be part of the magic through sponsorship or donation:
👻 Option 1: Business Sponsorship
Your sponsorship can be a set amount or a gift contribution.
As a valued sponsor, your business will receive:
A promotional reel created by Inspiring Design, shared across both Big Steps Fundraising and at the event.
A feature article and thank-you post on our new website.
Recognition in our social media promotions leading up to Halloween.
The opportunity to display your branded signage at the event.
🕸️ Option 2: Prize Donation
Prefer to give in kind? We’re also seeking raffle prizes and a special gift for our “Best Dressed” competition winners a fun way to showcase your brand and support our fundraising goals.
Please note all gifts can be brought directly into Big Steps Educare or let us know if you need it collected.
